SoulCycle isn’t your average spin studio. For one, it’s taking over America, with seventeen studios in New York alone! Workouts incorporate choreography and hand weights to work the whole body, and the 45-minute classes take place in a candlelit studio with awesome pumping beats.

Studios are luxe (and everything is yellow…!), with all the shower and beauty facilities you could need – the perfect setting for riders to let loose, clear their heads, and empower themselves both during and after the workout.

Rest assured, SoulCycle isn’t serving up anything airy-fairy or gentle – these workouts are killer, and I sweated more than I have in any other spin class I reckon… But the whole experience was a delight, and I’ve got my fingers firmly crossed that SoulCycle make the leap across to the UK soon!
