I’ve spent quite a bit of time in Boston, moving between different hotels. but had yet to fall in love with any of them… until my recent stay at The Boxer. Situated in an the iconic Flatiron-style building between the the North End (home to great Italian restaurants, TD Garden sports stadium, and awesome treadmill workout spot MyStryde) and Beacon Hill (with its cobbled streets, cute cafés and brand new SoulCycle), it’s fabulously located, and beautiful as soon as you step into the lobby.
I blissed out in my ninth floor suite (“the best room in the house”!), complete with vintage-style lamps, industrial furniture, l’Occitane toiletries and ginormous bed. The décor throughout the hotel is fab, with a myriad of framed artworks of boxers (both sportsman and dogs).
I didn’t dine in the hotel restaurant Finch, however breakfast delivered to my room was a real treat – and the coffee was awesome too. Oh and they have a partnership with BSC gym just down the road.
I have 100% found my home away from home in Boston – and urge holidaymakers, business trippers and trendsetters to bookmark this spot.
